How Many miles do you to the Ace

Just interested. For all you guys who visit the Ace,how many miles do you clock? Its 29 miles for me, down the A12 to the 406. the reason i ask is…I talked to a guy in Norfolk on Saturday who (with a couple of mates)has been known to leave Yarmouth at 17.30 after work and ‘pop’ down the Ace, (now this could be a wind up;), i dunno. but he rides a 2002 Repsol Fireblade and he reckons they do it under 2 Hours (very possible) anyone know him?

About 4 each way. By the time I’ve got kitted up it’d be quicker to walk… If I wasn’t so damned lazy of course.

not really looked at the miles but it is literally bout 10mins down the road from me… my parents tell me its my second home… they can always find me there on the weekends :stuck_out_tongue:

I’ve yet to get to the Ace, wanted to get down for noobie night last night but was shattered from the breakfast club run… Its about 5 miles at the most from my gaff…

I’m lookin’ forward to eventually getting down there though!

dont get too excited bout it tho… the ppl there make it beta than wat it is, can pass a good few hrs down there chattin away… hope to see u there soonish, dont leave it tooooooooooooo long, x

only about five miles for me too…

Nice one Ama… I’ll get there on friday i think, but should be at the borough market meet this week i think!

It tends to take me bout 40 mins by bike from Grays about an hour and 10 by car!:w00t: but that does depend on traffic on the 406:D

Its about 35 miles for me.
Borough Market is about 45 miles. That’s the trouble living out in the sticks of Berkshire. But always worth it.

about 5 miles each way for me,

5 to 10 min depending on how manby coopers on the way

15 from Dulwich

my record from the stow is about 20 mins, the morning of the france trip, 2 up…just over 20minutes:w00t::smiley:

i can do mine to ace in about 10 to 15 mins

its about 5 miles from me

i bet you could do it faster using these blue lights

50 miles through London taking 2 hours

or 70 miles round the M25 taking an hour.

Same here from rotherhithe.

57 miles (and that’s the shortest route through central London) - it’s why you won’t see me there very often!

i dont go BM cos i dont have a bike so ill look like a pleb… dont really wana do that infront of all u cool ppl, x

We don’t all take our bikes to BM - there are usually a few people who aren’t clad in leather or goretex! So come along anyway

Yea, its about 5 miles or so for us as well [ me/ff/rc ] , thats why we are there so often . Ama7… dont be fooled by the laid back demeanor of the ace ,
its gotta lot of history and its the hard work thats gone into it that attracts the people.
I used to travel 40 miles each way before we moved up here , which was about 130 miles for fishface as she was in b’ham [ didnt do it too often tho.]
‘’ best biker cafe in the world’’…and you get to meet friendly LB people
