Honda CB 1300 super four.

Any previous owners, thoughts? For some reason that bike has been… growing on me lately. Looking at 2009 models.

The AT is still on top of my hit list… but this model is coming closely behind.

AT?
I know nothing at all about the CB1300. But it’s a nice looking big old lump of bike eh?

AT = Africa Twin.

Those are seriously different. How could you end up so confused as to what you want?!

One has many tastes...

Oh, i have a bike in each category that I’d like, don’t get me wrong

Know a couple of people who have had/have the CB1300(s).  Quite a heavy bike, but apparently the engine is silky smooth.  Large tank, good underseat storage.  Love the version they did with the blood red frame.

Consider also the XJR1300 or GSX1400.

There’s one in Ealing I see it quite often. Doesn’t look bad

I have... so far the CB wins over them.

I’d agree for the faired version. It loses fair & square to the ZRX1200 though.

How about one of the buellb touring bikes? Very different bike but might have a more sporty vibe

Given that Buell are dead and gone, probably not a good idea getting one.  Spares could very well be a major problem, they weren't massively popular and now must be quiet rare.

I don’t think parts would be much of an issue for maintenance items. Lots of HD dealers still have buell written on their signs so I’d think they’re still supporting them maintenance wise. But then again I’m also a big fan of obscure bikes (i.e. My username)

Parked near the Walpole Park? I see it, is very nice and very big.

Having a sign is meaningless. There was a Landrover dealer in London that also had a Rolls Royce franchise as well. The sign was up for 10 years after they ceased being a RR dealer.
