Looking for some hooks for the wall to hang a few helmets. Preferably something smallish. Found only these so far, maybe someone knows of any others:
you can gel the shelf types which are probably a bit safer… can’t remember what they’re called but they have an area a bit like a tennis racket and the helmet sits comfortably on them…
usually also have a second shelf below for gloves etc…
whatever you buy male sure you get into the habit of strapping the helmet or it is very likely to get knocked over
I looked at them and decided that shelves were safer.
The hangers seem quite flimsy and wouldn’t take much for a fall to happen, potentially ruining the helmet.

I put my helmet back in its bag & hang it off a nail hammered into a window frame
I got a posh one off eBay for naff all, but it’s the big one of these
My wife got me a really good double hanger thing from getgeared. Louis Moto - its German and excellent quality.
i have something similar to this that was already in my garage and use it as a helmet holder

I have these, love them, they do look flimsy but I think that’s down to the material, I fitted them to the wall and put an old helmet on it and gave it a few knocks. The mount flex’s a little (which will be better for the eps lining) but not too much your helmet will fall.
i want more helmets now.

I went for slightly more old school approach

I still have my tri-cube glass stand but it’s flat packed for a rainy day. Can’t decide what to do with it now my helmets are on the wall.
I needed something which does not involve drilling, that’s why the glass cabinet was perfect.

I know, that scares me as more and more posts are presented with “nails” as a resolution. But here he nailed that tho… :D

Miss: Why, hello mysterious Polish DIY enthusiast, are you here to drill my holes?
B: Yes, I’ve brought some nails-
Miss: -But you don’t drill nails?
B: No err, I mean I’m here to nail you-
Miss: I’m really not sure you’re the man for the job! Good bye!
