Can anyone recommend a really good helmet painter?

He’s done quite a few LB’ers lids and what I wanted done was £300 cheaper than what Richartconcepts.co.uk wanted for the same job !
It tokk me about 6 weeks to get it back which is longer than the couple of weeks that other compoanies do but for a saving of £300 it was well worth it, he did a top job of mine - which is starting to look scruffy after 18 months of misuse, will be getting Mike to do my next one again without fail.
They are quite good fun to do yourself, though it’s years since I’ve done one…
Just get hold of some old helmets. Most bikers will have ones they aint got round to throwing away so just ask, charity shops, whatever. If your never going to wear it, you can keep sanding off the same old ones and repainting them for practice.
Any decent art shop will sell you the materials once you explain what you want to do. O.K., the first attempts will be pathetic but it’s just imagination and practice that’s needed.
Ah. A little bit of ability and a touch of talent helps.
and if you havnt got above it will look like a piece of ****
You think every great artist got it right the first time? . They still ended up great and some had very little real talent when they set out.
But your right. If you aint got either, spend a shed load of money with someone who has.
+1 for Mikep:)
