HD recently engaged a PR firm to “profile” their typical customer so they could decide more accurately what merchandise would sell well. The bibs are obviously a product out of that think tank. The HD branded Zimmerframe and incontinence pants will be available soon.
And you can bet your bottom dollar that the bib was not made in the USA.
