Jesus christ sneaky, not only do we have to deal with the mental scars of you stripping off in the essex country side, we’ve now got to contend with you lurking the corridors of london hospitals now too!

You know me better than that m8, no lurking for me. Having had my operation via Epidural Monday week, that evening I was forced to do a bit of unplanned 4wheeling. Prior my the opp I’d asked for my mob-n-credit cards to be locked in my bedside cabinet whilst I was in Surgery. Upon my return to the Ward I’d asked now few that 6 times to have the cabinet unlocked so I could call my family. The lockable draw in these cabnets are for any medicines you bring with you to Hospital. The staff keep the key and administer your own medicine. As I said, after waiting an hour and forty minutes for the key, during which time I’d asked 6 times for someone to walk the 60-70ft to the key, I insisted the key be brought immediately or I’d take the cabinet to the key.
During my hour and forty minute wait I’d guessed the Nurse in question would not oblige as I’d seen her unhelpfulness already. So I’d used the time to make sure I could get the saline drip from the hook on the wall above my bed and that with numb legs I could get to the brakes on the wheel on the cabinet.
As this nurse her back on me again (sucking her teeth) I layed forward on my new mode of transport and with my good leg paddled my way past her, out of the ward and down the corridor to the key!
I was thinking of getting one of these cabinets for The BCR!
Fantabulous Tigger pic Mad-Dog! I couldnt see that on my mob in hosp!
Here’s a pic of the repair job. It was done with an Epidural so I got to see them take a snapshot with the Xray Machine, drill a bit, take another snapshot, drill a bit more etc. The same when screwing the screws in. Very interesting stuff! The red line is roughly where the break is…
sorry to hear that mate, took me a while to find your post, too much spam on the forum:) kidding… so does that mean you’ll be triggering the alarm in airports now???
Here an interesting image from todays Outpatients appointment. This is a scan of the top of my Tibia (looking from my knee to ankle) prior to the repair. Lots of lil’bits in there. Looks like the surgeons may have been eating biscuits whilst screwing the bone back together!:ermm:
All this sympathy for Sneaky… but at the end of the day he brought it upon himself - look at some of the pics in this forum - do you really think The Riot would let him get away with fitting handlebar muffs to it ?
