Guess what happens on the first day I ride my bandit 650

As I informed the forum before that my cbr got stolen now I bought a 650 bandit…see picture…
I was going along the M1 around where all the ******* **** work is going on between junction 6-10 or something…I was doing 50-55 mph then from nowhere suddenly I heard a glass breaking noise and some object flew from the other side of the motorway and took out my right hand wing mirror…scraping me on my biceps…I could not even ******* stop because there is no hard shoulder. nice bike, I use that stretch of motorway a lot so will keep look out for ya, as well as beady eye open for le plod :smiley:

Just dont ride in the fast lane because there is a temporary central reservation which is not enough.

Sounds like there was an accident and that debris was thrown around.

Glad you were ok…mate of mine, when we were out on a ride, had a death wish pidgeon fly INTO him, on the M1?..we couldnt believe it when he said, i didnt see a thing, but i was in front of him…but when he told us it was unreal…we dont even know if it hit him and fell into the road or what, he was too shocked to think about looking as he was trying to keep going and in a straight line, but he actually got hit in the chest !! a bluddy pidgeon of all things !! :w00t:
