I think if Tony Martin had have shot an armed burglar he would have had a case but he didnt and the court therefor had little choice in it. I just happen to have a putter by my front door and a six cell Maglite next to my bed. If someone broke in armed I would have to go to plan B, wimper like a small girl.
Not really the case and the Tony Martin case isn’t that clear cut mate.
