ground anchors

i know its been covered lot of times b4, but wot ground anchors can you get a series 111 through?

also wots that adhesive stuff you can use to attach ground anchor to floor? will also be bolting it too.

have had an idea about getting some square section and bolting it to floor, chain will cover the bolts when in use.
