They seem to have made this unnecessarily awkward and time consuming to deal with. Download a word document, fill it in, email it back?! It could have been all online clicking boxes.
Have done anyway, and all should.

I filled it in, just make sure you read that first question really carefully! if not, might catch you out.
I’ve filled it out, took around 20 mins.
heads up before attempting have a little think to yourself about the benefits of motorcycles using bus lanes as it will ask you to type responses to these questions
