some of you will remember about 4.5 months ago I was off’d and well basically it has taken this long for the 3rd party sol to come back they tried to blame me but there excuse.

the driver did not see me but had his indicator on therefore I should have known.

Basically there defence is that he was indicating, my solicitor was laughing as he told me this and said that they will go for 100% (for me) and that if a judge saw the 3rd party defence he/she would laugh it out as well.

Good news for me or what

It’s never over until the money is in your account ! The law is an ass and even though a solicitor thinks you’re on to a winner, it can turn round 180 degrees right in front of your eyes :w00t: Hope that doesn’t happen but don’t spend it until you’ve got it :wink:

I had an off October 2006 and still waiting… hopefully soon though as the doctor wants too see me in two weeks to write a report.
