well apart from being a hardcore insomniac, ive stayed up on purpose today
had loads of stuff to do (and still do) i’ll have 3 or 4 hours kip before my friend comes over with an extra deep spark plug socket and some beer and me and him will do a small overhaul on the front brake system

I couldn’t sleep this morning either, so I sympathise. I was in work for 7:38am. I only ever seem to realise that we don’t have flexitime when I get here early and think “doh!”

Its still morning just, so GOOD MORNING everybody.
Bad day in the orifice yesterday, didn’t get home till nearly 4am today, absoluteley cream crackered so decided to use the train today. Legs are killing me from the weekends racing.
Hope to get to Cubana tomorrow, thats after we have recorded the next installment of Londonbikers.com podcast.
