Coming home from the office treadmill this evening and approaching Shooters Hill heading south. Traffics about average but strangely all the cars I’m overtaking are staying well over to the bus lane to give me room and all doing a steady 30 ish. Er…going slowly. I was doing about 30.
Then a guy in an Astra moves over to block my way, not dangerously but no indicator.
“Tosser” I thought preparing to blat past on the other carriageway. Then I got about four of five brake taps. “Dangerous tosser”, so stayed back.
As I slipped up the motorcycle lane (a.k.a. right turn) at the lights I realised the Ford in front of him was an un marked traffic car. I think I owe that guy.
There are some good cagers out there.
