after much deliberation and argument, I finally bought an rsv mille. 2003 53, 12k on clock. Got the dealer down to £3200.

I’ve done me research on this one, and having joined the aprilia forum and read some threads on there I’m not so scared now of this bike, but boy I hope I’m doing the right thing. My negotiations factored in the big service which is due. This will be purely a weekender bike, but its just beyond my budget - hence the arguments with the missus. The dealership was friendly and helpful so I hope they look after me with this one post sale.

I’m prepared for its tantrums and flat batteries, just hope its not one of those love hate relationships.

Ive always like the RSV, its a cracking bike with a cracking sound.

Congrats and nice bike mate, I was looking at a Tuono but my likkle legs are too short

**** me, I’ve just done the same thing with my SV and am picking up a RSVR Factory a week today. The SV must drive people to want an Aprilia

yep what was giant. its inside the paddock entrance at Brands.

as for sv well its time was up, and the aprilia was the naturual next step I thought.

Couldn’t stretch to an ‘R’ and all the fancy bits!, but I love both.

I will get a Tuono soon… Buying a Tuono saves me having to crash an RSV
