Need to pick your collective brains this fine and sunny ( if still a little chilly !! ) Tuesday morning , I am looking at GSXR1000’s at the moment and have come across the below colour scheme . Does anybody know if this would be a limited edition or is it deemed to be a sh1te colour scheme so fewer are around ???
I love it as it is a bit different to all the others and still looks damned classy at the same time !
Feedback gratefully received guys
Love you all loads ( for some reason I am in a great mood today , cannot explain why ?? )
Moooooorning to you ! Wow its classy alright (not that im byast to gixxer’s).
I have seen one before like that from the vale of the hills and beyond,(wiltshire) he visited the Barge in whilst i was working there, he did claim it was a limited edition
yup get it, it is a limited edition, i saw a few of those when i was looking for my GSXR1000, I wanted something different too, it was between that one, the Ltd Edition Black K5 with gold wheels and a black and gold custom K3, the K3 one as it was really different.
But I love those over two, and like someone said, the blue and white is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
I didn’t think this was a limited edition. I knew someone that had this bike. Called Copper and black I think. Whatever floats your boat… I like my ‘common’ gixxer. White panels are an arse to keep clean though!
It’s not a limited edition, this was the black bike with gold wheels as Goose referred to. Personally I like the colour scheme as it’s a little different, but consider its resale value as it wont be to everyones taste.
V5 and all paperwork stack up as UK bike and I seem to remember having seen this colour scheme back when this would have been new in George Whites in Slough . They had a few of them brand new and all had Yoshi cans on them as if it were a run out / special ??
The Black Limited edition with the Gold wheels is the way to go definately…
The K3&4 is begining to look a bit dated(Not to say it not a good bike, ITS AWESOME!!!) due to the newer models but the Black Limited edition colour scheme Looks Soooooooooo good you it doesnt even matter…
(Just my humble opinion)
Never the less… The Gixxer Thou is a propper TOOL! I had so much fun on mine I still dream about it…LoL If you do buy one,m prepare to be on one wheel… Alot!!!
