Hello All! I’m thinking of installing the Glpro GPDS-HO2 gear indicator but in the reading I’ve done so far it seams this is only for a 2005 or later Goldwing. Would any one out there know other wise? Thanks for your help…
You mean that Goldwings come without gear indicators?
i thought they were automatics and drove themselves with a special honda computer that drove you where you wanted to go?
Question: When fitting a gear indicator that needs to “learn” the rev/speed combo to calculate what gear you are in, do you need to put the bike on a paddock stand and then rev the ar$e off it? Wouldn’t that be a bit dangerous, if it came off the stand and jolted forward at 100mph !!

I did my Acumen one on the paddock stand and never got above idle in each gear…it ‘learnt’ very quickly
