FTR Suspension - Have you used them?

Hi guys,

I’m thinking of using FTR Suspension ( http://ftrsuspension.co.uk ) to improve my bike.  If any of you have experience of them, please let me know.

I’ve had the wonderful Brian Nichols (B N Race Science), set the bike up for me last year.  Although he made good improvement, I think it could be better, and reckon that the forks and shock may need servicing or replacing.

Yes, i’ve used them twice.

Once to have my gsxr1000 forks rebuilt, with new springs, pistons, etc, etc (by Kevin Harris) … the second time was 18 months later to have the forks rebuilt (by James Young), as they developed a ‘clunking’ sound???

The are friendly, with quick turn around, and decent prices … The gent that originally serviced my forks had left, but the current guy is good to talk with, very knowledgeable and gave me a decent discount on the fork servicing (ie. only paid for parts and shipping).

I’ve not had any problems with my forks since the rebuild.

Would I recommend them … YES (assuming James carries out the work. Can’t vouch for anyone else)
