As I was riding near SW area today I saw one bald scooter rider, riding without any helmet. As I stoped on the lights with him I gestured that its a nice day to rider without the helmet. He just started holding his face with both his arms and was astonished at his mistake and then took his helmet out from his back box and said thanks to me. Has this happen to anyone else ?
