my 2 boys were flying out from Heathrow to Italy for xmas with their father today and couldn’t go cos of the fog
…i’m hoping the fog will be here till the new year 
i hate the fog!!
my father is right!! why put fog lights on cars!?!? it just makes the driver think he can go faster!??!?!
and they forget to turn the bleeding things off when your behind them
this is also very true!!
just out of curiosity, if u are walking/cycling down a road and its dark, a car comes towards u with its high beam on is it not stated in the highway code they must turn it off until they are past you!?!?
if its not… it should be!!!
but decency is lacking on our roads nowadays…
well once again i agree with you! nbody shows any respect on the roads!! the worst is mini roundabouts when u have three cars that are scared to move unless the other one starts to mve att he same time!!?! its a pain in the arse!!
then they should know the highway code and you give way to the person on your right…
but if you get in that situation always pull away slow as you dont know what the others are gonna be thinking !!..and its usually something stupid

Riding round i cant believe the amount of cagres with no lights on. As most cars these days are silver they blend into the fog so its harder to see them.
I think they should hard wire car lights just like they do on bikes now.

In the last hour I’ve just helped to lift two bikes of the floor at seperate offs, the weather and road conditions are poo at the moment, please be careful peeps.
No one hurt (apart from pride) at the two I helped out at thankfully.
I just rode to Leatherhead and back twice today. That is definitely the worst weather I have ever been out in. Couldn’t see a damn thing out the visor half the time. Out in the sticks after dark couldn’t see the road for fog at times it was that thick. Just followed the tail lights of the car in front. Picked the bike up with a brand new front tyre on it too… man that was crazy!

The fog is suppose to start lifting tomorrow.
Whilst it is Foggy Do not be afraid to use your horn, its use as set out in the highway code is to warn other road users of your pressence.
Just looked out of the window and the fog has gone.
