going to do thr night next saturday at some place in brentwood called church wood.its two lakes in the guys back garden.
i love my fishing:D, i havent been for a while tho, taken a break from it, i fish for predators mainly, off to spain to fish for big catfish in september. i’m a very serious angler when i do go.
Just been this weekend. First time ever fly fishing. It was awsome I have to admit :D:D:D
bit dificult to master at first - there really is alot of technique involved. But walked away with 5 fish all around 5lb which is massive to me. And also managed to bag a tagged fish, so won a bottle of famous grouse.
Well chuffed for a first timer :D:D:D:D:D

Last time i went fishing i was 9 years old and got arrested with the others i went with as we didn`t have rods just waterproof bombs.

Sounds like fun! fly fishing is much like lure fishing, wich i do alot of, i do have a fly rod and that but i’ve never used it!!
so how did you find the casting!? when i see people fly fishing, it looks like it may be take a while to master but once you get it your flying!:DLOKI-JME on here is a big fly fisherman, well into it, and bloody good at it too i gather.
thanks dude…16.03 i think she weighed, gimme a good scrap too:)nah mate some of the guys and girls on here fish, i have done a thread on it before, i dont just go to catch fish…, i do my homework on the waters im fishing and i set out to catch teh biggest i can,i use all the latest methods and gear but i also try my own ideas, they work too! dont always go to plan but i do bag a few;)defo go some time mate your not far from me:D

eerrrr eerrr fiver wot fiver lol, we did better.
casting was difficult to pick up at first, and extreamly frustrating. But got it in the end thanks to a good teacher. I’m tempted to buy a rod and have a bash by myself in the future.
