Did we ever get the certificates for that?
How long was the certificate supposed to last for?
Just askin’ cos I never got mine in the end…
Join the club, we did it last September, it lasts for two years and yes none of us have received our certificates.
I suppose we are being a bit impatient wanting our certificates after only a year 
FBOS … To me the admin side of this course is a sham!
i emailed them and they havent got back to me yet
i will be contacting them soon on the nphone
Ginger as far as im concerned the FBOS course is very informative but I wont ever do another by this organisation, it’s proved itself to be far from efficient. If you take the length of time you have been trying to sort the certificates out and also the others who had a date booked, arrived at the venue only for the organisers not bothering to turn up it doesn’t bode well!
