I bought these lumps of cack for £60 and now im regretting it. Here are the give away tell tale signs of the fakies:
Firstly, your eagerly awaited gloves arrive in the wrong packaging. WOW!!! …
With the wrong tag! AMAZING!! this only cleverly had the words ‘SKULL CAP BEANIE’ scratched off CRAZYCOOL …
With the wrong label on the inside. SICK!!! did you know that 90% cowhide leather and 10% rubber is ALL that goes into these gloves? YIKES!! :doze: it also seams that the only cutting tools available to the workers in this factory are their TEETH!! )…
Also, in this factory, the workers have to get by with only the upside down ‘alpinestars’ stamps for the little finger. SUPER!!! and no tool to perforate leather in between each finger or the wrist. DUPER!! poor things :crying: …
And what with all the hard work they do in making all the gloves all by themselves and everything, who cares if they forget a lil’ stitchy withcy here or therey-weary-wooey-woo-woos, poor children, probably don’t even get fag breaks…or parents…
I obviously couldn’t accept ALL this glove for the seller, so i tried to send them back cos they’re like omg soooooo totally like ** omg ** but like, when i told him that i wanted to like, send them back or whatever, he like totally started gettin’ all funny about it and like, basically wont accept these awesome-super-real-not-fake-at-all gloves. Im so happy i now get to launch a case and all that jazz ZOMG!!! .Ive never done one before so Im sure it’ll be a super easy-peasy-chinamanmadeashitglovejustforme-squezy laugh a minute LMAO!!!
Get in touch with the Trading Standards Officer for the area the seller is located and get a name for the person you talk to.
Get back to the seller and tell them you are about to send the gloves to that Trading Standards person and play it by ear from there.
After (if) you get your refund, then report them to the local Trading Standards officer anyway. Don’t let the sh*ts get away with this stuff. Even if you get your money back, why should they be allowed to rip off other people?
You can get stuff half price or less depending on sales and stock, I got a jacket worth £140 for £70 from J&S or whatever their name is… same for gloves, my heated grips, optimiser… some people do sell them cheaper than the shops but obviously china knockoffs are… well I though less common. Didin’t think they would get into bike gear, considering if you have an off with fakes…
And yeah can you mention the seller please? Some of us might be looking for some new gloves this summer:) Not only that but since I am sure you requested their details from eBay, can you post them also? As in name, address e-mail phone number:)
So do contest it, e-mail eBay and PayPal also if you paid by credit card your credit card company, if PayPal can’t be bothered your credit card will just take the money back and paypal can screw it.
Me thinks collett23 needs to post the guy’s details… if he sold them in this country as a merchand then that’s stupid, if he sold them as real which he told you they were than police for fraud and even sue the guy… but PayPal, your credit card, should deal with it, otherwise you can sell them too and pass them on to some unfortunate buyer… but…
ok people, fuk’him, these are his vitals. Ironic that his name is Gareth…and if he still owns all his body parts, that makes him ‘a complete Gareth’ wow. He’s now agreed to refund the money…via cheque :doze: on receiving the gloves back. Gareth obviously likes cake, and more specifically, the taking of cake. Ive obviously said electronic funds or none so we’ll see what the little nobber has to say…im going up to the ace tomorrow, might bring them along so every can meet my troublesome glovies
