I need some for a single (2 week) trip but I’m having trouble finding it as my bike is over 11 years old!! (1999)

i usual tell me breakdown company that going away to europe and they cover me as standard get upto 60 days full cover just have to tell them where going and they give me a different number…

Heard something about this age related cover for bikes but never taken it seriously before.
11, even 15 years old is nothing with “modern” equipment providing the machinery has been properly serviced. How come the RAC were prepared to cover my 19 y.o. Renault Espace?

Mag do a scheme with breakdown cover for a year for the whole of europe.
I use NCI which is part of recovermycar.co.uk just renewed mine for me n her indoors covers us in any vehicle UK/Europe approx £100 think bike alone was around £60-80 didn’t take the home start option as only gotta be a mile away and can push the bike that far if needed

oh and my bikes a 97 model RAC wanted £100 on top of normal fees so they can whistle
