When you say watery do you mean it is not oil and feels water like?
Or is it oily but very thin?
If it is oily but thin I wouldn’t worry, it could simply be because of the weight of the old oil or that it is just old.
Give it an oil change- don’t worry about it not being a golden colour. It’s the consistency that is the indicator to bad oil.
