The smallest amount of air in your hydralic clutch line will not want to disengage the clutch, if you try to ride like this you risk premature clutch plate wear and bearing overheating as seen by some of the pics in earlier posts.

After overheating it’s best to change all dust / oil seals and the pressure palte bearing otherewise failure is not far away.

Seals replaced, bearing replaced, line bled and fluid refreshed. Clutch is so much better now, easier to pull lever as I greased the pushrod. It was nearly dry when it came out, and this probably made for such a heavy clutch.
