Ha, know this is off topic but just read about a decorator who has just been fined for smoking in his own, privately insured, non liveried van - at a time he wasn’t working - he’s quoted as saying ‘it’s not my place of work, I decorate houses, not vans’ - Still didn’t stop him getting a £30 fine - have Welsh police got absolutely nothing better to do??
next the taliban will get you for smoking in your car cos you using it to get to work !!! money grabbing scrotes

How do you have a fag in a full face helmet?
Get a flip face helmet. Or use a 10mm drill.
Barry Sheene had a hole drilled in his helmet so he could have a fag on while he was sat on grid waiting for the race to start 
Take the helmet off before you try this, can lead to expensive dental treatment.

short answer? YES the copper was an Ass! you get them in every line of work, but if it makes you any happier his collegues most likely think he is an ASS as well
