Check your notice first to see if they’ve included the relevent caution or not, if they have it sounds like it wont wash anymore…

ive used it before and it worked so cant see why it wont again

don’t think it is going to work now though:-

The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has rejected the combined appeals of Gerard O’Halloran and Idris Francis against the United Kingdom by a majority of 15 to 2.

This verdict enables the British Government’s to continue to force motorists to incriminate themselves using S172 of the Road Traffic Act, which is almost always the only evidence of the driver’s identity in speed camera cases - a denial of the right to silence that applies if you are charged with almost any other criminal offence. In both of the cases appealed to the ECHR, as in hundreds of others every day in the UK, S172 was used or threatened in order to force a confession:

That Loophole was closed.

looks like your looking at points and a fine fella…

Lordy my 14 day delivery of NIP expires on Monday night, so fingers crossed …

I know it doesn’t help you mate

its funny you should say that because i didnt get it till 3 weeks after the offence was commited

so do they have to get the letter to you in 2 weeks if not is it squashed

The NIP has to get to you at your registered address within 14 days of the offence,if its a hire vehicle or company vehicle and they’ve informed them of who was driving at the time then it would be more than 14 days and that would be allright.

If you’re properly registered with the DVLA then there is no excuse for not getting the NIP to you within 14 days.

If you google it ,all the stuff under the Road Traffic Act is there.

Good luck!!!

It can be justified as 14 ‘working days’.

Where was the Ticket issued …?

I’ve been told of a new loop hole that is still working, depending on where the ticket was issued ?

yeah there’ll be a few of us waiting for the postman after FRIDAY 13TH, SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST!

stupid frikkin night…
