The old gixxer went into gav’s on saturday for it’s annual service.
Trouble is, after missin out on a new front end last year, gav had a k4 front end that he talked me into gettin fitted. Well, I actually talked him into sellin to me.
will have race spec forks, radial brakes, wavy discs, etc etc. Have wanted this for years, just couldn’t afford. Now can afford, but it’s a k6 deposit. At least it’ll handle really well.
Reckon will go for the 750k6 in the autumn, when they’re available as all sold up till end of July. In the mean time am gonna spend a few pennies on the old girl. Next on the list is full system, rear sets, then decent paint job.
I would save it for the K6 as well Guy! The new K6 is an awesome bit of kit, and you’ll no doubt want to add a couple of bits here and there when you get it, so would be good to have a fund for it. All sold up until Autumn?? No way?
At least it’ll handle really well.
