In lane 1 from Earls Court through to Embankment. I flagged over a bobby by the houses of parliament and pointed out the river to him and he called it in. I proceeded through parliament sq and onto embankment and caught up with the offender - a London fire brigade diesel transport lorry. It was absolutely gushing out. Flagged him down by the speed camera just past walkabout and told him and watched him pull over. Stupidly I didn’t stop as well as I had stopped the traffic and was getting badgered. I’m absolutely covered in diesel and eyes are burning. Got into work and dialled 999…don’t know if they’ll do anything.
