Anyone here use David silver spares mail order service?
Ive always got my spares from them for all my bikes as their service is really good and in general prices are a lot cheaper than rip off Honda dealers for genuine parts
Just went online to get some bits for the cbr only to find out they stopped selling stuff for any bike later than 2002!
Quite annoying as they were really good and now im going to have to pay through the nose for any original Honda bits i’ll need in the future.
yeah just saw this as well…also disappointed but i guess they needed to down size :ermm:
i guess wemoto is the next best bet…
should have got myself another one of those chain and sporcket sets for 55 quid for the hornet.
used them for my blade when i highsided it, Honda OEM = £980, DSS = £645.

I think this is because of a spat DS had with Honda over parallel parts from Christmas Island (In the Pacific).
Honda only want their dealers to sell modern bits. Sorry wrong words Honda want a monopoly.
But they have allowed DS to do what they used to do which is sell (old) stuff the dealers do not necessarily keep.
try JAWS motorcycles the do most makes of bikes and tons for 'birds
