:crying: hmmm it didn’t go to well it got postponed due to some discrepencies that weren’t noticed so they gonna sort them out. also got told they are going for gross miss conduct, not good, just what i needed before xmas, now on the end of a rope as they gonna let me know their decision via post, hmmm im now in a bit of a pickle :crying:
Sounds a bit weird that, ask them for written explanation of those ‘discrepancies’ you need that for yourself just in case…

they showed me what they was, some of the statements didnt match so they are going to re interview 2 ppl, and the management are gonna be questioned ref their conduct of the case
I’ve got no idea what you’re supposed to have done Curtis but have you got representation ? If you’re in a union they will help I’m sure, or maybe get a solicitor or at least some advice from somebody qualified or experienced.
hmm nah not in the union :pinch: although 1 of my good mates in the firm is and is helping me out anyway, so until i get their decision there’s nothing more i can do at the mo except wait and then act on it
