I am thinking of getting a Cyclone alarm for my Street Triple what with all the yobs trying to steal it. Has anyone here installed one and do they happen to have the installation manual for their bike still?
I am hoping to make an adapter to hook it up to the OEM alarm harness in my bike but the manufacturer (Nigel Cook?) seems to think that this is impossible and is refusing to send me a manual so I can see if it’s even possible.
i just hooked up a datatool demond, only 2 wires to the battery and thats it, alarm is quite loud too.
bike i have you have to unbolt seat to get to battery so is ok.
Might still have one lurking somewhere, but as I recall it’s pretty generic and you need that and a the wiring diagram from your bike to make any sense of it. (Or be an auto electrician.)
I’ll have a rootle around tomorrow and PM you if I can find it. But don’t hold your breath the house is a crock right now due to building works.
