My current fave that seems to work is:
Hottest Shower you can stand for as long as you can stand it.
2 x Pints of water
1 x Lucozade Hydroactive
Filthy Dirty Sausage and Egg bap

Most of the time it is to vow never to drink again…LOL
But one that I have found lately is some salt replacement sachet’s that are available from boots in blackcurrent flavour. A great remedy.

Diaralyte (used for rehydrating after gastric problems).
I was given this tip by a para commando, he swore by it and boy does it work a treat!
Diaralyte closely followed by s*x obviously!

Seriously, dyralite followed by sex didnt enter my head, more along the lines of, ya aint gonna have a sh!t for about a week!
