couldnt get off the bike...anyone else get like this

Took lad to school today and just couldnt get off my bike so went for a wee ride…

love the dry weather…

does this happen to anyone else…

Absolutely,normally on the way home from work,just cut right out in to the country and add a quick 20 mile detour on to the favourite road/s.:D:D

hell yeah! went to the missus’ work to drop off keys n on the way home added about twenty miles to the route (epsom to sutton bout 10min usually) :slight_smile:

every day i ride to work i have to resist the urge to keep on riding past…lol

I ended up in Nottingham once - kept saying, “few more miles and I’ll turn round” then it got to the stage where it was shorter to go to a mates in Nottingham than it was to turn round!:stuck_out_tongue:

Similar to what happened to me last Saturday, went out in the morning with the sole aim of practicing U turns ahead of my test last Monday. Did about 6 u turns then ended up going to the Crooked Mile :Whistling:

I’ve been without wheels for about 4 weeks now and I could kill for a good ride! still I’m taking the bandit for an MOT at the weekend so I’ll get a fix then.

are we all mad…its worse than sex at times…well nearly…I have many times just arrived home after a ride and just drive right on past…it was like that this morning and the new 10 is such a sweet bike…

hahaha thats exactly what i thought.

My trick is when on call at work I use the bike and always plan random routes into the countryside and end up late at the customers :smiley:

I went to tesco’s yesterday, and ended up somewhere near Hastings!:w00t:

Although, I’m usually trying to find something to take up my day, so it wasn’t that unexpected! Still haven’t got any bread though!:stuck_out_tongue:

all the time, being the lucky sod that i am i usually finish work around 1 so if the suns out i usually dont get home til 2/3, normally shoot over to essex somewhere or other :smiley:
