I was watching this and I thought this guy must have some serious skill… he is going into that corner like a bat out of hell… oh no he just f***** it up completely… he is one lucky mofo! Thought the car would collect him for certain.

spot on chunks, he did exactly what you should not do at that point…he chickened out and hit the brakes…bike sat up and he could not make the bend…he rode into the cars…he was one vey lucky man…if he had just leaned just that bit more he would have made those bends easily…and not had to take that very risky strategy of going across the front of the cars and then off road…recomend bike safe course and a few track days…

just on a serious note, so there is not confusion, I would say if he had used the back brake it would have sent him into the first car that he very nearly hit. leaning was his only choice…in my opinion…
I notice that when he rejoined the road he managed to nearly take out the following biker, just for good measure!
Not good, not good at all everyone makes mistakes lets hope he learns from his.More lean angle was the answer but it’s easy to say when your sitting on your PC and not actually out there panicking because you over cooked the corner and are about to be reincarnated as a bonnet ornament

I don’t agree with the more lean theory. He is in the wrong gear, you can hear it. I know from expereince, you didn’t have the drive to get round the corner, you just run wide. It was lent as much as he could. He’d have had to knock it down one. Slow in fast out. He was slowing all the way through the bend.
he barely had any lean angle at all. he would have got round that so easily had he not been a pu$$y. another token idiot riding beyond his ability/bravery. as for what gear it makes no odds…so he had less engine breaking??? 2 strokes have none so how can they hold a line???
