Cl@rkson

Jeremy tw@t-face Clarkson

His Article in the Times :w00t:

I think Clarkson is as funny as f**k, surely you don’t take his views seriously?

that’s actually quite funny! wouldn’t expect anything less from Clarkson. He is a bit of a tw@t, but he has some funny moments

That’s really funny!

It’s all an act for telly anyway, isn’t it. No one could get away with behaving like that in real life and not expect to have permanently blackened eyes.

Clarkson for PM!

Personally, I think that in the current climate of political correctness, Clarkson is a breath of fresh air!
So what, he doesn’t like bikes? At least he’s got enough balls to say so!
And at least he gave it a go before condeming us all as being utter lunatics for even thinking of riding a motorbike! I’ve got to admit, I sometimes feel the same way! :w00t::stuck_out_tongue:

I love/hate Clarkson. He’s the most self centred, oppinionated, egotist on the national stage at present.

The world needs more alternative voices like that.

No, I don’t think he’s right to say what he does, but I’m damned glad someone has the front to act that way.

I know someone who has worked with him and “Yes” he is like that, almost all of the time

I’m not surprised with what he said. I remember a while back on Top Gear when he chainsawed out a picture of a Ducati 1098 on the Subzero wall that Richard had placed on there… Richard looked a bit dishearted. :stuck_out_tongue:

I like Hammond and the big queen but, as they both profess to being bikers, I wish they would both stand up to the opininated oaf once in a while.

O.K. They’re going to lose the following verbal exchange (the show is scripted that way) but they could show a bit of spirit once in a while.

Sorry, hate the fellah.

V funny. I think we’ll all recognise something of ourselves in the bit he does about bikers’ prejudices. It’s a pleasure to dislike this man; he’s such good value.

lol this was great cheered me up this morning

Very funny, it is obvious that he isnt serious. A bit like his other review, in fact. funny sometimes, but not scared to speak out, so I like the fella

The important thing to realise is that he writes to cause contention and will express himself in a way that gets people talking. Now the knee down and die comment is spoton in this weather! A good laugh.

The man is a comedy genius. “Freddy Mercury trousers”. I was struggling to keep my laughter silent reading this.

I like his writing much more than his TV work, and on TV I like his carefully scripted video packages much more than his chat in the studio - he’s not much of an actor so the banter all seems a bit false.

We need people like him in the world to brighten our days and to challenge the politically correct received wisdom of the rest of our media/celebrities/politicians. It’s much more fun to disagree with Clarkson than with Brown or Cameron or whoever, and I reckon it’s also easier to find bits of Clarkson to agree with.

Cheers,
Duncan

Even as a biker I have to recognise that some of the text is true. Ha.

Yep, ironic funniness, I quite like the fact that he portrays us as all mad, gives me a sense of well being, he’s a wag and no mistake.

we need more like him…he is a real card…

Clarkson rode a 916 round Monaco on “Clarkson’s Motor World”, although I reckon he fell off when out of camera range.
