Do all the other lights and electric bits work? How did you check battery?
Pull out plug to check for fuel on tip (after turning it over)

Came to the scooter again this morning after checking fuel etc and tried to jump start from battery to the starter motor…the starter motor was trying to turn the engine but was just unable too!!
There isn’t lots of fuel in the tank so i wondered if maybe i should put more in and as the starter turned with pawer right to it theni wondered what is stopping it from doing so normally on the push of a button or the kick start?!
Also, i am not too sure as to whether or not the kick start is functioning properly, i took off the cover and everything seemed to be doing as it shud, connected to other cogs etc.
Please help!
