Chinese bike repair in london?

Searched but not having much luck on this.
I picked up this crazy little modified Chinese bike on ebay (dirt bike to bobber) unfortunately it requires alittle bit of work.
turns out the connector from the rear brake peal to the brake system is missing and the timing is abit off.
The two places I’ve called near me don’t/won’t work on the bikes anyone know a place that does work on them?

They are based in the east-end. I know Howard Powell will work on most bikes, give them a call but I reckon both shops will want to cast their eye over the bike before committing any work
