Hmm I just realised the guy driving in the 3rd overtaking only lane is makingvery slow progress. So in reality he is hogging the lane, he should be in the2nd lane coming behind the smaller car then indicating and moving to 3rd lane.He in his slow speed overtaking and lane hogging caused the accident.
Action and reaction, you can say whatever you want but when I get anotherbiker/scooter in the middle of 2 lanes not making any progress and not movingto let anyone else get past I get a bit of road rage and often swing to theother lane and back in front of him (not the only one that does this).

The guy filming wasn’t in the wrong, he was in the overtaking lane - overtaking. The amount of cars I see that just sit in the middle lane on motorways when there is lterally NO ONE IN THE SAME COUNTY in the slow lane, they are hogging the middle lane - the guy in this video wasn’t hogging the lane.
there is only 1 person at fault, they BMW that completely mis-judged the gap, closing distance, his speed and caused both of them to crash!! regardless of if you arn’t overtaking when you should be, ‘hogging’ a lane you are just causing an obstruction not an accident.
