Can someone tell me what to do?

I’m very aware this will make me sound like an idiot but I just ride the bike, I know nothing of mechanics.

I’ve narrowed my problem down to what I think is a blown fuse on my Yamaha YBR 125. I know this is located under the left panel.

If someone could give me a walkthrough idiots step by step guide of what to do I’d appreciate it. It was dark last night so I couldn’t see a thing. I unlocked the panel but I didn’t know how it was to open - does the whole thing come off or is it hinged?.. Probably stupid questions but I dont want to snap anything.

Basically it’s only me who can do this cause it’s in a private car park at work and I gots no money. Also it’s only a fuse (hopefully) so I should be able to do it myself anyway.

Any help appreciate! Please be kind!

From what I can see from pictures, it looks like there’s a bolt at the bottom of the panel that needs to be removed, then pull it gently and it should come off.
There should be lugs on it that pop into rubber grommets on the bike’s frame, so don’t yank too hard and make sure they are lined up when replacing the panel.
