Dear folks,

Okay - it’s goodbye from me - am flying tomorrow!!

Have had a great time on this forum and enjoyed the banter, the debates and a few rows too:D:D Been great meeting some of you on rides and at the BM - and at Raves !! Lovely to get to know Day Release a bit, Ratty, Sneaky, to meet Sherrie, Mad Dog, Lessismore, Garrett, 7 Wheel, the Doctor, Kevsta, Ian and all the gang (too many names to list).

Thanks to Joy for introducing me to the forum and I will miss the Charlie and The Angels girl bike Krew big time.

Am sure I will have a 'blast ’ in Afghanistan - if and when I come back will be back on a bike immediately:D:D

See you in a year !!

Cheers DR!! Been great to get to know you a bit - I should, hopefully, have my first ‘leave’ allowed at Xmas, so will try and make it back for a short break!! It seems, from the contract, that it’s a six day working week and long hours, so we do get breaks every three months. Anyway, will def keep in touch too !!Still haven’t packed - only got the rest of today to do it !!! Arrgghhh!!:):)H

Best of British etc, show 'em how it’s done over there Hels. Are you taking tea bags and such? Forward your new address so that we can send parcels of marmalade and boot polish. Take good care and don’t poke about with anything at the side of the road, see you in a year. :slight_smile:
