Found a frame for my stunt bike but is in USA what checks would i need to make to make sure legit and how would it i get V5 for here?

No idea how you would check it was legit, but as it is a frame not a vehicle I am not sure why you would need a V5. If you have the V5 for your current vehicle what you would need to do is get the details on the V5 changed to reflect the new frame number. DVLA will probably arrange to inspect the bike to check the vehicle now has the new frame. It would probably help to have the old frame for them to see it had been swapped out. Details are here -
