I was lucky enough to have a bit of an accident last week at work and buggered up my ankle pretty well. Not been able to walk much at all so I’ve been stuck at home for a solid week now and getting a bit bored of it. Had nothing to do but play on the 360 (which I bought the day before, what timing) but that gets boring when you’ve got no friends on there yet.
What makes it worse is I wanted to be doing my bike lessons last week, I’d already had to wait and now I’m getting rather impatient
So two objectives here:
For a rant and sympathy vote
I need help to think of something to do that doesn’t require walking! Any ideas?
go to one of the shopping centers that hire out mobility scooters, hire one for an afternoon and see how many hoodies you can ‘accidentally’ shunt with it, 50pts each
Gutted for you, I know how much you’ve been wanting to do your DAS! I wont rub it in too much then that Sunday was a complete blast, the weather was fab, breakfast at the Ace then a nice long run around the country lanes of Hertfordshire
Anyway, what about cross-stitch, that can be nice and doesn’t require walking around too much :hehe:
Apparently everyone has the subject matter in their life/in their head to write a book. What better time to start writing yours than when you are injured and can not go out?
The guy’s an expert at selling thongs Loved everybody trying to keep a straight face.
Never watched it before but my little brother (8 years old) saw it months ago and went around with a really serious grumpy face, pointing at people and saying “You’re fired”. It was pretty funny actually
A week off work, unable to do much, with a lending library, across the rosd and right, with a supermarket with a decent selection of real beer, across the road and left, sound perfect to me. Throw in a week of good weather and…ah.
I must get round to retiring soon. Then I can properly experience these delights.
