boots for work with shin protection

Hi, been riding about on my with my Tims and I have been told by so many people that I should buy boots.

I’m looking for something which I can wear in the Winter and Summer but should have all the protection possible including shin.

I live neat the Ace Cafe… can any body recommand anything.

I’ve seen the SMX-4 from HG for £90

They dont look like too bad a buy actually and have what youre looking for. Best is to go and try a pair on to see how they suit. :slight_smile:

These would be perfect the only problem I have is one that they are too big to carry to work and other is that I would not want to be seen in them at the cinema.

You wont have to worry about being seen in them at the cinema because its dark but you will squeak, so its got to be front seat quick entry and exit and no fidgeting :w00t::smiley:

I have them in black , on me feet right now !

I wear them all day at work under jeans and it just looks like a paid of heavy duty boots.

I also have the SMX 2 for when it warms up , but no shin protection.
