The event over there is awesome. Saw a film once about a guy trying to get in the 200 mph club. Built some heath robinson contraption in his garden shed, didn’t look safe to do over 50 in it to me but he managed 198 and a bit without it falling apart. So ok, BAR have thrown loads of money at it in a record attempt, but then how much did Noble spend on his efforts? For the normal mere mortals who run over there its a lifes ambition and I say good luck to them.
Pretty cool, I like it! It’ll take some cleaning afterwards to get all that salt out. Just as well there’s no parts to rust with all that CF & Titanium!

They have had to remove the rear wing as too much drag and make an active RUDDER !!!

in a word “YES”, but they dont know if the car will be stable, so the idea is to put it on… run it and then turn it off if the car doesnt take off !
you can image that moment…
Pits : “ok driver you can now turn off the “thing-a-me-jig” that we built to keep you on the earth !”
