I spotted this one aswell - think it might have got me, i was doing just under 40mph 
Nevermind!
i turned off just before it and was waiting at the lights so got a good look at it
it had a flash lamp set up shortly in front of it and whilst i was sat there a couple of cars came through at what i would have said were north of 30mph but no flash, and it was pretty dark so would have thought it needed it if it did get them?
general rule for london - if you’re playing in the tunnel make sure you’re at the speed limit when you exit cos they see you before you see them.
