The most likely things that comes to mind, is making sure that all the joints are moving freeing, there is no stickiness or stiffness. Also making sure the muscles are working correctly and there is no tenderness or spasms in the muscle structure.
Sounds like a session at the Osteopath to me. You might hear some cracking sounds. Makes you wonder if they haven’t broken something.
I wouldn’t worry about it to much, I assuming that this is something that you are having to have done?
yea i got a letter saying i have to go to one, and i dont know who has put me forward for it, the letter says it was the gp but i rang them and it wasnt them
i have been having trouble this past week tbh, leg joint starts to hurt when i get up and i have a really bad limp for the 1st few steps
Does it feel tight down the back of the leg?
nope ?
Then it is not the hamstring, which is good in a way. When mine plays up it causes the knee to throb.
Let us know how it goes.
I’m guessing your a physio or an osteo yourself?
No but plenty of experience in receiving said professional treatment.
thanks for the info mate
the appointment aint till next month but yea ill let you know how it goes.
and another question… how do they do a bone graft and do they put ya to sleep whilst doing it?
I have no idea, but I would imagine that it would be a general as bone work can be rather disturbing and painful on a local.
they apparently inject the bone into you because they cant do surgery on the same area again in such a short time span.
someone told me that his mate had it done on his leg and lost a nerve and cant walk properly now
please tell me he is lying
