At about 11.20 ish passing white city fly over on the A40 saw a biker being treated by police he was sitting on the hard shoulder…there were 2 bikes on the hard shoulder. One was a cbr 600 yellow and other red yamaha fazer I think on of the rider came off and the other was helping him…I saw a lot of black fluid on the A40 near the accident. Not sure it was diesel that made him come off or was the oil from the bikers engine. Hope rider is ok.
