Coming along Victoria Embankment at 5pm this evening I saw a police van had closed off one lane outside the Police Station at the back of the MOD building. Behind the van was a car, and embedded into the front, standing up as if it were being ridden was what looked like an intact CG125. The radiator of the car had been knocked out as there was fluid everywhere. The only thing I can imagine happened was the car rear-ended the bike at speed. I couldn’t see any evidence of the rider or driver so I hope everyone is OK.
