I’ve been with ebike insurance on my last two bikes and my tempramental biatch of an Italian motorcycle has got me my money’s worth of the recovery that is included in my policy. I’ve probably used it about 5 or 6 times now, every time I call them out (all breakdowns of course) they have arrived within an hour and will either try and get your bike started, and if they can’t will take you and your bike home.
Overall I’m impressed with ebike, they are well cheap compared to most in my experience and I’ve heard a lot of bad reports, but for me the breakdown cover has been invaluable and then when my old bike got stolen in March I got chance to experience the ‘claim’ side of ebike. The claim has taken a long time (only just been offered my claim money last week), and I’ve had to jump through hoops (private investigator interviews, etc), but they have come through and offered me a sensible amount of money that does cover the cost of the bike, so all in all I’ve had a good ebike experience.

Been looking threw their website seems pretty good for sure just wondered if you ever had any dealing with them after a accident where by they come out an recovered your bike for you ?.
They are probably like 99.9% of reasonably priced ones that will charge you if its your fault.
Used them twice last year, once I broke down in Victoria electrical issues, recovered back to home £128 recovery fully refunded by Autoaid waited 25 mins. Then on a blatt to Norfolk one Sunday got a flat tyre 130 miles from home, £140 recovery fully refunded by autoaid waited 30 mins.
So I have had only good experiences with them, I am sure there are tales of woe somewhere.
This also covers you in any vehicle and also spouse as well, and no I don’t work or affiliated in any way with the company.
I just like what they do for a fair price.
